Seeding a hurricane?

I've read that if you were to seed a hurricane at the right time and quantity, it would possibly die down.
What people use to do was to drop silver-iodide into a hurricane.
The silver-iodide would act as condensation nuclei, thus bringing the water-vapour into rain, preventing too much heat-energy build-up. Because if it just rains inside a hurricane, all that would happen would be that there would be no more vapour, therefore the eye will expand and no more control of the hurricane's walls will be gained. This means that only light winds will emerge as the end product.
However, attempts have failed; hurricanes have regained control and power; probably due to the enormous heat energy within the ocean.
But now they're planning to stop a hurricane before it has a chance to form: they spray the ocean waters with a type of liquid that does not allow the water to evaporate in the first place, thus preventing any formation of thunder-clouds.
But once a hurricane has started, who could argue with something as powerfull as the total electrical energy of around two-hundred Earths?! But it has been said that about a hundred kilo-grams would be enough to seed the entire atmosphere!!!
But something as big as a hurricane is impossible to take on. Just imagine how much nuclear bombs it would take just to counter-act its force!

I don't know how the people in the Tropical coasts are gonna fare with the new hurricanes. The government is not willing to go on with the idea, as it is very limited in terms of effect; not to mention costly.
But, come on, what do they have sirens for????
But I still don't get why some people are trying to take it on with nuclear bombs; that's the dumbest idea so far [wink].
