Has Bionicle started losing their originality and simplicity?

I've been easily noticing that; so I decided to make a poll for it. Is Bionicle really getting over-crowded with detail and way too much "shiny scenes?"

Well, for my part, they have.
The early years of this millenium seemed like the most exciting years of Bionicle.
I mean: come-on; look at the pieces and designs they had back then!
When the middle years came, they were still very good! And their connection between Metru Nui and Mata Nui was intricate yet fantastic.
I can point out that Bionicle started losing their good stuff when the Toa Hordika came. I think this period could ultimately be known as the "dark age."
And now they further continue losing it: with their over-use of bendable parts, over-detailed profiles and the new line of stories which will probably be even too dull to read for the one who likes it simple and memorable.
I can't help but imagine what legends will come after Voya Nui.
I think that after the legend which goes after Voya Nui, the Bionicle division would have completely switched to a very young age group; I'm guessing they would be looking after people slightly older than five years of age.
What ever Bionicle is thinking of going with in the future, it doesn't look too bright for me. I'm not pointing this statement at how I hate their bendable parts; but am rather saying of what I think of Bionicle's new trend.

No, it's that some of the trends are starting to go too over-detailed.
That's what.

You are right. But bionicles want to go to a more organic state.

In my opinion, they've been more like that in their previous editions.
