The Wind Dancer system; a new way to tell wind direction!	Permalink

I have found this site about almost two years ago. It is about a new type of wind-sock system, one that isn't essentially a wind-sock at all. It is actually a flag system with its side turned onto a horizontal axis. This flexible flag can actually animate the wind including moderately sized eddies within it. A windsock cannot do that as it is a tube; a tube is not as flexible as a flat sheet. Aside from its physical capabilities, the Wind Dancer system can be seen from a quarter-mile away due to its bright, yellow color. The Wind Dancer is very flexible at any wind direction, as it sits on a near-frictionless harness, allowing it to swing in any direction with almost no effort. Damn, there are so many versatile features this thing has! I still like wind-socks better because they look cooler. __________________ Guess who I am talking about. Hint, hint.
